Tribal Court Referral

Complete the form with all required client and referring agency information, clearly describe the reason for referral and requested action, and attach any supporting documentation if applicable. Submit the completed form to the Tribal Court (court@aleut.com). The Tribal Court will review the referral and process it accordingly.
